As a company, we sponsor a child in The Gambia.  Saidou is 6yrs old and has had his own clothes for the first time this year, thanks to 1st uxbridge BB.  The sponsorship money goes towards providing him with clothes and education, and supporting his family financially so they don’t suffer from him being in school rather than working.  Any spare change you have can be collected in our red collecting can each week, boys will receive a community sticker for supporting this.  We have the chance to send gifts twice a year, so do chat with your son about what he would like to contribute to our October gift box.  There are no limits on what we can send, other than the fact that it is suitable for a 6yr old boy living in poverty in West Africa.  This will replace our OCC shoebox collection this year.
