During the year, apart from completing activities for their badges, the boys also gain weekly inspection marks. The boys gain marks for attending on a Friday night, attending church/Church Parade and for a smart turnout with a smart uniform.
At the end of each session in July we have our Annual Awards Evening, when the boys are presented with the badges that they have been working for throughout the past year.
Other awards are given to boys in each section. See below for more details.

DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S AWARD
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a youth charity that offers the world's leading achievement award for young people. Many Boys Brigade companies take part, as well as many school and other youth organisations. A DofE programme is a real adventure from beginning to end. You just need to be aged between 14 and 24 and realise there’s more to life than sitting on a sofa watching life pass you by. You achieve your Award by completing a personal programme of activities in four sections (five if you're going for Gold) - Volunteering, Physical, Skills, Expedition and for Gold, a Residential. HRH The Duke of Edinburgh founded The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in 1956.
In the past we have had many boys achieve at least 1 award and some that have achieved 2. This year (2021) we hope that James Bowman will achieve his Gold award, becoming the first member of our company to do so.
2022: James Bowman (GOLD)
2017: James Bowman (Silver)
2016: James Bowman (Bronze)
2015: Raghav Puri (Silver)
2014: Raghav Puri (Bronze)
